Over six weeks, you'll learn essential skills to help your pup grow into a confident, well-mannered companion - from recall and loose lead walking to settling, socialisation, and focus around distractions. With a mix of interactive online learning and hands-on training, this six week course sets you and your puppy up to smash city life together!​

Week One: The Ultimate Puppy Prep
Kick off your puppy journey with Ellie in this interactive Zoom session! We’ll cover everything you need to know to set your pup up for success—sleep, diet, play, enrichment, and more. There’ll be plenty of time for questions, so you leave feeling confident and prepared for the weeks ahead!

Week Two: Life Skills & First Training Steps
Time to get hands-on! In this first practical session, we’ll start building key life skills—including road safety, recall, and focus around distractions. Plus, we’ll introduce you to some essential puppy learning theory to help strengthen your communication with your dog.

 

Week Three: Supercharging Recall & Lead Skills 
This week, we’ll level up recall training, teaching your puppy to come back no matter what’s going on around them. We’ll also introduce the “leave it” cue (for those forbidden snacks on the pavement!) and begin working on loose lead walking to stop the dreaded pulling.

 

Week Four: Confidence & Calmness 
Helping your pup feel happy and settled when alone is key to their well-being. We’ll introduce a “settle” cue and teach them how to go to their bed on command. We’ll also progress loose lead walking and introduce an emergency recall - a super useful safety skill.

 

Week Five: Proofing & 'Real-World' Training 
Now it’s time to put everything together! This session is all about building reliability in real-life situations, increasing distractions and duration so your pup can take their new skills confidently into the world.

 

Graduation Week: Socialisation & Puppy Essentials

Let’s celebrate! Puppies will have the chance to socialise and explore an enrichment-filled environment designed to build confidence. We’ll also cover some basic first aid, handling, and grooming tips, setting you and your pup up for a positive future together.
